Círculo Creativo USA is partnering again with the Hispanic Marketing Council (HMC) and PRODU to publish a Special Creativity Report of the best U.S. Hispanic advertising campaigns in the next 2024 HMC Hispanic Market Guide. Therefore, we invite all our Agency Members to send us your best 2023 advertising campaign or commercial.

The HMC Hispanic Market Guide is the only comprehensive industry resource focused solely on the Hispanic market. This guide is distributed to over 10,000 key corporate executives, marketers, consultants, media representatives, and managers of major brands nationwide. This comprehensive guide will not only include detailed profiles of agencies, media companies, and research companies but also key demographic and market information, and now it will include a special creativity report of the best U.S. Hispanic advertising campaigns.

FEES

No additional fees. However, the agency must be an Agency Member of Círculo Creativo USA in 2024. Individual memberships cannot participate in this event. In addition, we reserve the right to publish or not publish any Content you submit. Submission does not guarantee publication.

Submissions Agreement


Thank you for your interest in contributing content to us. We are looking forward to receiving your submission. By submitting any content to us, you agree to be bound by this agreement and agree that all information in your submission will be transferred to us. If you do not agree to this agreement, do not send us any content.

“Content” means any advertising campaigns, ads, images, text, or other materials that you submit to us for consideration for publication on the Hispanic Marketing Council (HMC) 2024 Hispanic Market Guide, HMC's website, PRODU’s website, and Círculo Creativo USA's website. We reserve the right to publish or not publish any Content you submit. Submission does not guarantee publication. We may also publish without restriction other material on the same or similar topic as your Content. All Content submitted for publication is subject to editing. Publication Date: May 15, 2024.


Who may submit Content

Any Agency Member of Círculo Creativo USA in 2024. Individual Memberships cannot participate in this event. Not a member? You can join or renew your Agency Membership at https://www.circulocreativo.org/membership


Submission Process & Information
When you submit Content to us, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. If we need to contact you regarding your submission, we may contact you via the email address, telephone number, or address you provide.

Please send your best advertising campaign or commercial. We will showcase only one campaign or commercial per agency in the special creativity report.


Licenses
You acknowledge and agree that access to the Hispanic Marketing Council (HMC), PRODU, and Círculo Creativo USA, as a platform for expression and potential exposure to HMC readers is valuable consideration. In exchange for this value you grant us the following licenses. (1) By submitting your Content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, irrevocable license to use, publish, reproduce, modify, adapt, license, sublicense, distribute (and permit re-distribution of), sell, perform, translate, and display your Content (including any information, drawings, images, sounds, video recordings, or other data embedded in your Content and including adaptations or derivative works based on your Content) for any purpose, in any language, and in any manner or medium – whether now existing or developed in the future (the “Rights”). You retain ownership of the copyright in your Content, subject to the Rights granted to us. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to (a) edit your Content, (b) supplement or co-mingle your Content with our trade names, trademarks, and service marks and with content provided by us or by third parties, (c) remove your Content from the Hispanic Marketing Council (HMC) 2022 Hispanic Market Guide, HMC's website, PRODU’s website, and Círculo Creativo USA's website, and (d) benefit commercially from your Content.


No Compensation
You will not be paid for your Content.


Miscellaneous
You acknowledge that there is no partnership, joint venture, employment, consulting or other such relationship between you or us (each a “Party” and together the “Parties”). This is the entire agreement between the Parties. The terms of this Agreement are binding upon, and will inure to the benefit of the Parties, including their respective licensees, successors, and assigns. We may assign, license or transfer any or all of the Rights you have granted to us to any other person or entity. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, there are no third-party beneficiaries to the Agreement.
