By Reimagining Fundraising - For the first time, fourteen international non-profit organizations are launching a new initiative to encourage and celebrate innovative ideas and proven concepts, to reimagine the private sector fundraising and thus ensure a more sustainable social impact for our combined future across the world. The initiative was launched today at www.reimaginingfundraising.org
This challenge will be open for submissions between 9th October – 8th November and is calling for both proven concepts and new ideas that are innovative, impactful, replicable and feasible for private sector fundraising. Fundraising practitioners, NGOs, start-ups, consultants, agencies, academia and all types of companies are invited to contribute. Submissions will go through expert evaluation and community voting in November, and those shortlisted will qualify to participate in a public online pitching session to a panel comprised of representatives from the co-initiators in mid-December 2020. The winning submissions will be publicly recognized during the online ceremony, along with the chance to co-develop and test the submission with one or more above listed co-initiators of this challenge. By the end of this global challenge, Innovation Playbook will be created, which will feature the highlights of this initiative and be shared with the participants in January 2021.
The boundaries of what is possible are constantly shifting. Transformation is happening right now. Reimagining Fundraising is calling for everyone’s contribution to shape the future of the nonprofit sector and the ways we give. Participation is free of any charge and starts today!
