ReImagining Fundraising - Causes join forces to drive innovation

By Reimagining Fundraising - For the first time, fourteen international non-profit organizations are launching a new initiative to encourage and celebrate innovative ideas and proven concepts, to reimagine the private sector fundraising and thus ensure a more sustainable social impact for our combined future across the world. The initiative was launched today at www.reimaginingfundraising.org

This challenge will be open for submissions between 9th October – 8th November and is calling for both proven concepts and new ideas that are innovative, impactful, replicable and feasible for private sector fundraising. Fundraising practitioners, NGOs, start-ups, consultants, agencies, academia and all types of companies are invited to contribute. Submissions will go through expert evaluation and community voting in November, and those shortlisted will qualify to participate in a public online pitching session to a panel comprised of representatives from the co-initiators in mid-December 2020. The winning submissions will be publicly recognized during the online ceremony, along with the chance to co-develop and test the submission with one or more above listed co-initiators of this challenge. By the end of this global challenge, Innovation Playbook will be created, which will feature the highlights of this initiative and be shared with the participants in January 2021.

The boundaries of what is possible are constantly shifting. Transformation is happening right now. Reimagining Fundraising is calling for everyone’s contribution to shape the future of the nonprofit sector and the ways we give. Participation is free of any charge and starts today!

Advertising Production Resources (APR) Virtual Town Square Webinar Event "Creative & Production Ingenuity, a Diverse and Unique Perspective"

Círculo Creativo USA is launching a call for proposals to participate at the Advertising Production Resources (APR) Virtual Town Square Webinar event “Creative & Production Ingenuity, a Diverse and Unique Perspective” on September 16th at 12:00 pm ET. The webinar event will be focusing on building and increasing advertisers confidence in order to resume advertising production and create more needed content during the COVID-19 crisis. This upcoming APR Virtual Town Square Webinar will be presented to the advertising industry including members of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA), Advertising Production Resources (APR) 50 clients, Diversity Agencies from the UK, and other important participants in our industry.

Our goal is to demonstrate U.S. based brands that Hispanic creative ingenuity is our greatest weapon against the coronavirus “locked down” production. In addition, our goal is to showcase our US Marketing & Advertising industry during 2020 Hispanic Heritage Month and in light of all our current diversity challenges as a nation that our U.S. Hispanic market creativity is beyond great ideas but also about innovative creative ways on how these could be produced under our very limited “sandbox” as a result of the COVID-19 challenges.

COVID-19 has halted the production of many advertising productions, both large and small scale around the world. Advertising agencies have been looking into new methods of film and digital production which involve creative distancing and an emphasis on cast and crew safety. However, at the APR Virtual Town Square Webinar event, U.S. Hispanic advertising agencies will go deeper and provide a different creative approach by providing proven solutions into one of the four important production themes: talent, location, digital, and big budget productions.

The open call for proposal is limited to the U.S. Hispanic advertising agencies that are currently members of the Círculo Creativo USA. The U.S. Hispanic agencies will deliver one video case study presentation of how they were able to produce commercials during the COVID-19 with great production value.

VIDEO CASE STUDY SUBMISSIONS (90 Secs):

Description: COVID-19 has halted the production of many advertising campaigns, both large and small scale around the world. Case Study should showcase a diverse approach to how multicultural advertising agencies bring their ingenuity and resourcefulness to life in creative and production, particularly during trying times.
Subject areas: Talent, location, digital or big budget productions. (Choose only one)
Eligibility: The participation in this event is an exclusive benefit for Círculo Creativo USA members/agencies. Not a member? Join now at www.circulocreativo.org
Deadline: September 6, 2020

All presentations must have consent by all parties to publish at the Advertising Production Resources (APR) Virtual Town Square Webinar event without any limitations.

Criteria for submission and acceptance: Upon submission, the proposed video presentation will be reviewed by APR and Círculo Creativo USA, and will be evaluated for acceptance based on ingenuity and creative solution during the COVID-19. Only 4 case studies will be selected. Final acceptance for publication is at the sole discretion of the APR staff.
